I have seen a lot of bounce houses that look dirty. Do you clean yours? What do you clean them with? Tampa Bounce does clean and sanitize each inflatable after each rental. Tampa Bounce also uses water, sanitizing spray and degreaser when cleaning the bounce house. The driver also always has disinfectant spray and will spray it on your inflatable before each party.

How far in advance can I make a reservation? You can reserve any of Tampa Bounces equipment anytime up to a year in advance. Most of the time, we will have an inflatable available for your event, but, the earlier that you schedule, the better. We appreciate as much advance notice as you can offer, but we will do our best to work with you even if it’s a last-minute request.

Do you require a deposit to hold the reservation? No, in most cases Tampa Bounce does not require a deposit. We do require a debit/credit card to be on file.

Do I need to provide anything or do anything special? You will only need to show Tampa Bounces delivery team the location to set-up and the electrical source. Tampa Bounce will provide and set up all necessary equipment. The blower will need to be located within 100 feet of a designated, grounded, 3-prong, 110v, 20amp, standard electrical outlet. Also, to keep the setup process quick and efficient, please clear the area of any debris, animal droppings, or hazardous material.

What type of surface can Tampa Bounce setup an Inflatable on? Tampa Bounce can set-up an inflatable on many surfaces (grass, asphalt, concrete, inside, outside, etc.). It is very important that the location is flat, level, and smooth. It is also imperative that the location allows for overhead clearance from any trees, power-lines, is free of debris, and is easily accessible. Additionally, it is very important to let us know the type of surface, so we can bring the correct anchor system to the jobsite. We will anchor the unit either by driving stakes into the ground or by using sandbags where stakes cannot be used.

Does Tampa Bounce offer any specials? We feel that our everyday prices are very competitive. However, if you find a lower price on a similar item we will match it or beat it. We do give special quotes for events requiring multiple items. Please contact us for more information.

Does Tampa Bounce require a deposit? Does Tampa Bounce have a cancellation fee? Tampa Bounce does NOT require a deposit. We do require a credit or debit card to be on file when booking. Tampa Bounce does charge a 50.00 cancellation fee per item.

I am afraid that my child could get hurt in a bounce house, do you have insurance? Yes, we do have insurance. After booking with Tampa Bounce, you will recieve a invoice that will state some rules and instructions. The operator will also tell you a few rules. Tampa Bounce houses driver will give you a contract to sign before your rental. Please read thoroughly because it also states the rules and instructions there too! We care about your safety and our inflatables so please call, message or email us with any questions regarding your booking.

Does Tampa Bounce buy used inflatables? Where do they come from? Tampa Bounce does not buy used inflatables. The reason why Tampa Bounce does not is because we do not know the history of the inflatable and the complications it could've had. We only buy new and that is to help insure your childrens safety. We only buy from commercial companies that have warranties.

Does Tampa Bounce allow customers to keep the bounce house overnight? Yes, Tampa Bounce does! Please request this when booking. Please also keep in mind that it should be in a secured area.
